Quality of Engineers – I have been impressed with the quality of the engineers provided who usually match or exceed the required skill levels requested. It is extremely rare to be sent a CV for someone who was not suitable for the role and more often than not I will receive details of several excellent candidates to choose from.

Flexibility – AMTech always seem capable of flexing their workforce to cater for whatever demands I have, varying from one Security Cleared Engineer required in Scotland to 40 Engineers to start nationwide in a fortnight.

Ongoing Engineer Welfare – After placing engineers with us they are always happy to assist with any ongoing welfare issues, including engineer inductions, general communications and regular 'face to face' meetings with engineers and their managers.

Administration and Service Improvements – AMTech have a good working knowledge of Phoenixs' administrative processes which makes them easy to work with. They are also continually striving to improve their working methods to adapt to our systems and are always happy to meet up and discuss progress and improvements.

During the past 18 months I have worked with several representatives of AMTech who have all provided an excellent service, often at very short notice... and are always happy to go that extra mile to ensure that we are happy with the service AMTech are providing."
