Network Support/First Support South Midlands CCNA
We have exciting opportunities for 1st Line Support/NOC Engineers to work with a leading Service Provider. Ideally you will have a background in maintenance or a managed service sales arena and an indebt understanding of service delivery. You will have proficiency in the use of PC systems (Hardware, Operating systems) and applications and the ability to work well under pressure and set priorities.
You will have experience in:
ISDN methods used for invoking backup solutions
Configuration of ACL s Troubleshooting COS Issues
Routing protocols such as OSPF, RIP, BGP and EIGRP to troubleshoot routing issues
Ideally you will have 2 years current CCNA or 4 years relevant NOC Experience.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Trouble shoot and resolve problems passed over from Tier 1
Assist Tier 1 at times of excessive volumes
Network, Configuration, IOS, Security or Access problems
Logical CPE Problem
Manage trouble resolution via Access vendors & Internal AT&T Partners
Undiagnosed problems beyond Tier 1 Time limit
